BCEPC Virtual Presentation: Corporate Transparency Act: A Practical Approach
Program: "Corporate Transparency Act: A Practical Approach"
This webinar is going to discuss the Corporate Transparency Act and compliance from a practical approach. There is no shortage of detailed and burdensome prognostications from various legal experts as to the theoretical reach of the CTA; yet the vast majority of the businesses affected by the CTA will, for the most part, experience a burden that is generally the same as keeping up with annual corporate entity filings or simple tax compliance. The discussion will involve a brief review how the CTA came to be and the various aspects of complying with the CTA with an emphasis on the more tedious aspects of updating existing filings when changes are mandated.

Possibly longer.
