Keeping Your Estate Plan Grounded: Real Estate Considerations in Estate Planning
Online Event
Description: In this seminar, our presenters will provide information to ensure that attendees understand how to properly address real estate assets in their clients’ estate plans.
The seminar will begin with an overview of real estate law assets and will then focus on how to properly plan for such assets in clients’ estate plans. This seminar will include a discussion of real estate assets generally, deeds and conveyances, types of tenancies, how to gift real estate upon death and during life, and issues involving encumbered real estate. We will use case studies to highlight common pitfalls and best practices.
Attendees will leave this seminar with “best practices” to ensure real estate assets pass seamlessly and as-intended in their clients’ estate plans.
A buffett luncheon will be served beforehand.
Time: 11:55am to 1:00pm
Location: This is a hybrid event - inperson and on Zoom. By RSVP'ing to this event invitation you will be in the ONLINE section.
